Our Tenants
Our tenants include small start up and expanding businesses as well as social enterprises and charities. Current clients include life science companies, research and development organisations, media production business’s, light manufacturing, storage and distribution and call centres as well as many general office based firms. All are able to benefit from shared facilities within the building including meeting rooms, training facilities and car parking.
As a social enterprise we have very competitive rates with incentives available. We also provide support and mentoring for start-up businesses and social enterprises.
